Running arches in situ

These large arched window mouldings were  ran in situ along with the inner reveals and returns. We ran 10 top windows,3 lower windows and small sections on a bench for repairs.

A lightweight aluminium frame was fixed to the building with a protruding bolt centred in each window, to this we swung our profile around the screeds.

the profile was extended with a steel rule and a metal bracket cut the reveal to size as we formed the moulding in three layers. video
