We carried out the full restoration of this former coach house in the Wirral using traditional methods and materials
The building was uninhabited for almost 100 years and had fallen into a state of disrepair.
Several trees had grown from inside the building and ivy had been left to grow completely covering parts of the structure.
Very little modern intervention had taken place and we were under strict conservation orders for the rebuilding and reuse of original materials.
We dismantled and rebuilt the building using hot lime mortar and over an 18 month period transformed this hidden gem into a stunning family home
